Our Drilling Process
At Easy Water Solutions Ltd, we use Down‑the‑Hole (DTH) drilling, one of the fastest and most reliable methods for penetrating hard rock formations.
How it works
- A DTH hammer is attached directly behind the drill bit.
The hammer delivers rapid percussion, breaking rock into small fragments. - Compressed air clears the cuttings, keeping the borehole clean and stable.
- Drill pipes are added as the hole deepens, transmitting feed force, rotation, and flushing fluids

- Mounted on heavy‑duty 4‑wheel drive truck
- Ingersoll Rand PA 415 ATC air compressor
- High‑capacity hydraulic system
- Pulling capacity: 35 tons
- Rig mast length: 23 feet
- Rodline length: 15 feet
- Extra diesel tank (2,500 L) and water tank (1,000 L)
- Onboard generator with welding machine for casing and site power
Drilling Capacity:
- 8″ borehole – up to 400 m
- 10″ borehole – up to 300 m
- 12″ borehole – up to 200 m
- 14″ borehole – up to 150 m
Air Compressor (Ingersoll Rand PA 415 ATC)
- Capacity: 1200 cfm at 340 psi
- Powered by Cummins NTA 855 engine
- Easy service access for coolers and filters
- Fuel/water separator for clean operation
